mrsmayra @mayasmom6 which part is damage? Because i was looking at the pictures and if you are talking about the gray square the that secures the strap all fit bits of that kind comes off once you wear it secures very good maybe thats what you are talking about it?

mayasmom6 square plastic comes off when you try to charge it it won't stay on it with the charger cable I would have to hold the cable to charge it it won't stay on by itself comes off with the little square plastic
