Navy Blue with silver metallic terry dress features grey distressed/fraying around the collar; 3/4 sleeves with grey trim, pockets, high-low grey hem also has frayed edges & side slits. Length front approx. 29"; back 34". Fabric 60% cotton 40% polyester. NWT. Sizes XL - 2X. Would look so cute with leggings & booties. These dresses run larger.

chiccasuals @pattyb5563 Yes, the XL. It runs a little larger. Laying flat, I measured from underarm to underarm. So the circumference is approx. 54". It's more of a loose fitting tunic/dress.

chiccasuals @pattyb5563 Yes, I did, because the manufacture's listing said it was. I just found out when I had these at a Christmas Market and someone tried one on. So, I will edit my listing. :)

pattyb5563 @spjandris Just a hint. If you are buying wholesale on here, always measure each piece. They are 99% Chinese sizing which means a small fits a large or an XML will only fit a medium

chiccasuals @pattyb5563 You got it backwards. A large fits a small if it's from China. Nevertheless, I did not buy these from China. These were purchased from Los Angeles fashion district. These are a Plus Size Women's and are XL/1X/2X.
