@belkynoah7 Hi dear, I'm a 26 and they are big in the waist. Perfect through the legs though! I think these are best for a 27/28 with thin legs! If they don't sell, I'm just going to have them altered because this material is straight stunning. Yes available!

@belkynoah7 Yes approx 15" across lying flat. Oddly it doesn't seem like a 30" when I put them on. A 30" would fall off my waist! But they are still pretty loose around the waist. You can pull the lace up part tighter, but you only get about a 1/2 an inch from that. Mid thigh measures approx 20" around measured while wearing them.

@belkynoah7 The skinniest part of the thigh is a wee bit under 8 1/2". The math does not make sense, but when I put them on, I measured 20" around the mid thigh and the fabric was not tight on my thigh

@belkynoah7 honey i find that hard to believe. Just measured my Mediusm for you. 15" almost exactly. Smalls were so much tighter, through the inseam and booty too. Here's to hoping this girl got the one fluke size small with a 15" waist haha... I LOVE this print. So sad the S nor M fit me in the pants right.

@belkynoah7 I can't understand why Spell makes all their shorts so damn short!!!!!!! I've been to Australia and even when it was 80 degrees out I never saw women in that short of shorts! I'm adding a small trim of lace to my python (a$$ checks out), and my Dusk romper (holy hell, so so short) to add about a 1/2" in length. I think that would look stunning on the brocade shorts too if you found the right color lace!
