Friends beware I am posting this to warn you about counterfeit Mario and Anastasia Palettes. I got duped today, hard. What's wrong with this? Looks good, pigments are good. Read my comments so this does not happen to you on what to look for when spending your hard earned money on limited Edition Anastasia! This thievery is spreading like wildfire!

selenacraine How do you know if you are getting Duped on a Mario Palette?? There is NEVER Cursive in or in the palette (the picture of my sooo is a pretty darn close match but I did my research here) The box will be a much bolder gold color Sometimes the palette itself is much larger The brush is larger The code on the back should ALWAYS be embossed, NOT printed Proof of purchase, don't be afraid to ask!

selenacraine The biggest problem here is that Estée Lauder did a serious investigation into all of these counterfeits and found them being made in deplorable conditions. Studies have shown these products may contain hazardous materials such as lead!

selenacraine So this gets juicy I sent this Palette back to the seller and they shot it back at me. I have no idea what to do with that I would never recommend somebody use it because you don't know what's in it perhaps an educational tool?

elseykfenn The shadow labels/names are heinous! They should be clean, neat, centered. The lettering on this one is just all over the place! Always pay attention to ABH font/lettering. I find it to be a huge giveaway 👌

az49ergirl @selenacraine could you take a look at the Anastasia pallet I have posted in my closet? Manager at sephora said it’s fake after 4 other girls there said it was real. I have it posted in a Facebook group we’re they said it’s a really good fake-if it’s fake. I just want to be sure. This was my first ever ABH eye shadow pallet purch.

I really enjoy hearing people's insights on this fake pallet and yes you are right they should lie flat but I am seeing more and more with the authentic pallets that I have purchased that they are not lying as flat as they should. Also so far on the subculture and prism palette the codes are not embossed on the real deal

selenacraine @chicandbroke I had to manipulate that pallet in the picture a lot to get it to lie flat as it is and even then it will not lie flat no matter what you do. The scary thing is the pigments and I'm not complimenting them but they were amazing. But on the real Anastasia palette they are much more buttery and there actually is a lot more Fallout

flowersup2 😩😩I'm so frustrated!! I just did my google research & browsing on posh & thought I New the differences but your pictures don't match what I learned. The fakes all had silver printed serial/code on back not black like real one but yours is black & fake?! And the fake brush had the logo in front of Anastasia but again your fake doesn't--now I'm confused & frustrated.

selenacraine @jen2rodriguez don't beat yourself up over it! The thing is it has to be EMBOSSED. So color doesn't really matter This if it weren't missing the ribbon and embossment was one of the closest dupes I've ever seen!

Part of me doesn't blame people for trying to charge that much money because that's probably what they paid but the other part of me does. For instance I paid $20 for my peach palette I paid almost ready for the androgyny but I'd sell them for pretty cheap just to help somebody

selenacraine You know the scary thing is here is the peachy mattes is almost on point with colors but it has a 10 box with no clasp and the box is a glossy finish and not Matte. Also as you will see because I'm just going to put this all in one listing the rim around the mirror is super thick which should not be it should be very thin and sleek not 10 it should be almost a metal thin frame but it freaks me out how close the colors are and now there is even scent in the palette
