Cute polka dot deep v neck mini dress bow tie

Super cute to dress up or down. White cotton with blue purple and yellow polka dots and a black satin bow tie. Perfect for summer. There is a slip inside so not see through white. There is slight discoloration under arms pictured but not noticeable on. Front v taken in a bit but if you're busty could easily open (also pictured). Back is also nice v shape. Im 32B 5 ft. If tall this would be a fine swim suit cover but too short to wear otherwise. No tag but fits great petite. Make an offer.
