bean5669 @eyecandybydidi i know EVERYTHING is in these colors!! It's so bad! But so good! Lol! I get stuck on certain color schemes, before it was purple, i dyed my hair purple well half of it streaked, so i waa buying tons of purple only, now it's faded to pink so now ive switched to pink lol

eyecandybydidi @bean5669 That's awesome. Have to match the hair! I wanted to do deep purple streaks in my hair but my hair is so dark I'm not sure if it would be worth doing because it would be hard to see 😒 I also love that real deep burgundy for winter. I'll probably do that color this year.

bean5669 @eyecandybydidi yes my hair is almost black so i had to bleach the strands first or else u wouldnt see it, id never dyed my hair or anything in my life so i bleached like highlights pattern & dyed it a lusty lavender & it came out soooo cool it's stayed for a really long time now it's faded to a deep pink like fuschia...but u def have to bleach first so the color comes out vibrant! The rest of my hair i did a violet undertone since it's almost black

eyecandybydidi @bean5669 We did that to my daughters hair a few years ago and I loved it. I've been afraid to bleach my own hair so I think if I do do it I'll go have it done. But my biggest worry is I would go through all that and it wouldn't last so I'm happy knowing it does!

bean5669 @eyecandybydidi yeah i was very hesitant & i had my brothers gf do it at home but she used to b hairdresser - otherwise i wouldnt have messed w/ bleach lol - but it's def an upkeep if u dont want it faded but i loved the shades it faded to & bc i dont wash my hair alot it stayed super long - i have very thick, super curly hair, so we dont shampoo every day, just co-wash once/week so that makes big diff too

eyecandybydidi @bean5669 I am the same minus the super curls. Very wavy and it's thicker than a robe. I have to get it thinned or it will bruise my head and ears especially when it's real long. And I def can't wash everyday... not healthy for your hair anyway.

bean5669 @eyecandybydidi yeah then same urs should last alot longer than also, u just want to make sure u get whatever undertone u want to fade to so if u dont mind it fading to a pink make sure u get a pink/red undertoned purple or if u get a purple w/ a blue undertone -id assume itd fade to shades of blue but youd have to ask hairdresser obviously -but just take that into acct...it's fun to do underneath if ur unsure bc u can play it up when u want to or not at all
