High waisted white floral shirts, NWOT

Bought these and never actually wore them. I purchased them while I was in Europe. Size is 6, US or 38 EUR. The tag says it's a US size 8, however actually fits like a size 6 (H&M size 6). I can provide measurements upon request. Flattering fit. These are brand new.
