@leshialoves2run 13" for a 5, 13.5" for a 7. They are stretchy in the waist too. They are true to size. I am a size a 10 and size 11 fits me in these :)

@leshialoves2run I am measuring them flat. They are mid to high waist. The waist is stretchy so they stretch up to an inch or 2 more I would say. So I am measuring at the top of the waist. I am not skinny lol and I fit into the 11's comfortably. So if you are normally a 4 in jeans go with a 5. If you are a 6 in jeans go with a 7. If they don't fit right I will happily do an exchange for you.
