This is the perfect summer dress! I love the over the shoulder/flutter sleeve look with the eyelet pattern! This is by Romeo + Juliet couture and is brand new with tags! It retails for $175! This is just the cutest dress! It is a size Large but I do think it would work well for a size medium too because of the elastic neckline!

stylesafari @dominguezfour hi! So sorry for the delayed response, but this dress measures 19.5 inches armpit to armpit. The elasticized over the shoulder part measures 15 inches across when not stretched (it can stretch farther many inches if needed)
