Check the ingredients ... there's nothing in it that is toxic/no chemicals ... but if you have any allergies to any of the ingredients, then yeah, it could be an issue ...

leslievegan @tabbiedoll87 There are some differences between that formula and mine. It could be that it's the rosemary that caused a rash. Some people have reactions to it .. get some fresh rosemary and just touch your wrist with it ... see if you get any reactions.
