auralee @dtinney84 hello, It all depends on your body chemistry, I honestly couldn't answer that for you personally. Do you find that you react with costume jewelry? A couple tips for that, add clear nail polish inside your rings, or put deodorant on the finger you're going to wear the ring on. This way your body chemistry won't react with the metal.
