mariemari @lauren9562 Hi! These hit mid waist, and are approximately 28 inches at the top if the waist, lying flat. As they are crepe, there can be some give with sizing, either up, or down. At the widest in the hips, they are 37 inches. As mentioned, the crepe does give. It's a lovely material.
