Very sweet little cotton top with ruffles at neck and across bodice. Double layer flutter sleeves and gathered peplum. Embroidered at bodice and hip. Side zip and gathers in back for fit. Maybe worn once. Very faint marks left sleeve see photo. Otherwise looks like new.
