chloetomalak @tammymami The actual waistband laying flat on the floor measures 13 inches across for a medium and 14 inches across for a large. For reference my waist is 27 inches my usual size is a small, 2, and 26/27. I wear a small in this skirt.

chloetomalak @tammymami This skirt also has a nice amount of stretch without being see through. I recommend measuring a skirt you already have laying flat on the floor.

chloetomalak @jesslh_ This is 70% rayon and 30% nylon. It is a thick sturdy material and has stretch. The measurement of the waist lying flat on the floor measures 12 inches across and the length is 15 inches. I would assume it to fit XS. I am XS-S and it fits me! Hope this helps.

chloetomalak @bloodyfckinhell I would say large. It measures 14inches across the waist belly button area and a little wider in the hips. It has nice stretch. Make sure what your measuring sits in the same place this will. What is normal size? This is pretty true to size also.
