Off the Shoulder Dress

Adorable off the shoulder ruffle dress by Mossimo. Dark floral pattern makes this dress an easy piece to transition into fall if paired with tights and booties. Sleeves and neckline have sewn in elastic. Size says M but fits more like a Small. Material is lightweight. Purchased online and tried on at home but other than that brand new. Similar to the Abercrombie 2020 Honeymoon dress!
