hellojully Hi Nina, I was able to get the item from storage this weekend. As I was examining it, I found a small hole in the neck warmer on the bottom part. Not sure how it got there. It is definitely hard to see, but I want to let you know there’s a very small hole. If you still want it, I will send it out tomorrow morning. If not, I will cancel it. I apologize the long wait. If you would like other items in my closet, let me know, perhaps I can just give it for free if you still want the neck warmer.

hellojully @nina_isabel lol no. Just a rating when you receive the item. But thank you. It’ll be sent out tomorrow since today is Veterans Day. I think the hole can be easily mended by stitches so it doesn’t open up after washing.

hellojully Nina, I tried to mend the hole in the neckwarmer, and it just got unraveled more. So if your savvy with needle and stitches, I think it’s definitely possible to mend it to avoid unraveling. And use hand was and hand dry only. I was really sad about it. Not sure why there’s a hole to begin with since it was never worn. Only thing I can think of is that it’s natural wool, so it’s damaged by moths? But I’ve stored it in dry, cool place only for a year.

hellojully Now, with that being said, I’ve put in a new, gray American apparel sweater, hoping it would make up for it. If you don’t like the sweater, you can re-posh it if you like. But if you insist on returning the neckwarmer, I’d understand.
