Pretty Good Black and White Polka Dot Dress

This dress has 3 layers; a black slip underneath, a slip over that with the polka dot & floral pattern, then a mesh-like slip over that on the very top! The back of the dress is sheer at the top- below the waist is not. Measurements are as follows approximately: Bust: 16.5" Waist: 16" Hips: 19.5" Length front neck to bottom: 27" Length front shoulder to bottom: 31.5" Length back: 29.5" Length across bottom: 33" Medium. Excellent condition. No holes, stains, tears, etc.
