FLATTERING! Navy one shoulder flutter sleeve dress

Pictures don't do this dress justice! Sooooo flattering. It's listed as a small but would fit a size 0 or 2 (I'm an athletic 5'4" 112 in the pic). NWT, gorgeous navy color in cotton fabric similar to the fabric used in a normal pair of slacks. Form-fitting while still being conservative enough for a work event. This dress is a classic 👒!
