This style can be worn off the shoulder (like the photos above) or on the shoulder. We have black Available for sale as well in our boutique, it shows the dress modeled on the shoulder. whatnicwore @ngomes3422 hi there! Yes a medium will fit. I'm going to tag you in the black version of this dress. Both models (1st and 2nd) pic have a size small on and are different body types. It does have Stretch so a medium should fit you well without being too tight.
