@alittlecc4u Hi Cindy, They are actually labeled Large, which the manufacturer says fits size 10 to 12. They are a tight fitting pant, but they have a lot of stretch in them. I posted the actual measurements in the description to help. A Medium fits 6 to 8. I hope that's not confusing! I normally wear a small, and I have a small in these.
