lizzys_hang_ups Hi! I have had the same ring in my daith last over 20 years & I just lost the ball for it. Needless to say I want to get this but I have no idea what gauge to buy. Can you help me out. Thanks love! moodtherapy @littlelizzie76 typically the daith is pierced with 16 gauge but to be on the safe side I would recommend getting an 18g just to be sure it fits. For your nose I would go with 20 or 18. I got my nose pierced in 18g but since its healed I can only fit 20 gauge or smaller thru the hole. Ive never had any complaints that these hearts were hard to get in, no. Xx
