Plaid on trend runway - plaid bell sleeve coat

Darling plaid coat with 3/4 bell sleeve. Fully lined. Great color combo lively in winter. Don't know fabric content, no label. Feels like cotton & Acrylic but could be wool. Interior buttons need to be sewn on tighter. Guessing at size all. Not Vintage although has that look to it. Measurements: 31" long from shoulder seam. 13" from shoulder seam to seam. 17" arm length from shoulder. 17" seam to seam across bust.
