Beautiful vintage floral dress, Previous owner decided to start modifying it by cutting up the front. The cut is pictured, is 11” long and occurs 37” from the top of the dress. This could be hemmed into a shorter dress or top or used for fabric. Beautiful print. Please see all photos.
