bluecardigan @shortiegirl26 hi wow sorry for the late reply, and yes the small is 28" and for some reason the brand only gives measurements of the smallest piece, but each size up is a little bit longer. I can measure another size later if interested . And yes I can put in the mail first thing tomorrow 😊
