Rare vintage Loubella Extendables skirt. No fabric tag, but it's a knit, probably wool blend as it says "hand washable." Unfinished hemline, red thread stitching, patch pockets. Tag size makes no sense, but it fits like a small - 13.5” waist, 24” length. Fits mannequin perfectly and it's a 2-4.
