@kbarnes00 I would recommend a size Small - because they're made of 60% cotton which I can see becoming ever so slightly smaller over time. That being said - Im not 100% on what lengths would fit 4'11 but my sister is 5'0 and Im sure she wouldnt mind seeing what size works for her length-wise, if you'd like (just to be extra certain!)
