Alice + Olivia Sweater Tank 6

Cute. New with store tag BUT I noticed some areas where there are tan marks. Near the arm holes and back of inside. See close up pics. Almost looks like spray tan. Didn’t not see when I bought it and has been sitting in my closet for too long and I can’t return. Have not tried to remove the marks.
