Title Says it All😘😘 This is the most richest deep royal blue velvet. This vintage dress is ALL done by hand. It is unmarked there is no label. Dress fits the size 6 mannequin it’s on well. Dress can fit ladies size 4 to a very slender 6 like our mannequin. Dress flares out towards bottom and flatters the shape so well. Step in and pull up. Single Zipper up the back with 2 hooks. Top hook is there but catch needs reattached, however is nothing major. Make an offer within reason😘😘
