cyra85 Hi, so PM only solution is for you to not pick up the pkg or refuse it and it will be sent back to me🤦🏻‍♀️ I am so sorry I have no idea why this happened! I have sent a wedding dress in a huge box and it got there with no problems! I am very disappointed in this outcome. I have emailed PM again but I’m thinking the answer will be the same. So sorry again...
