I purchased an item from a seller and did not receive it. The package came empty and clearly marked that it was received at the post office empty. Now I’m not accusing anyone of anything, I only know what the package says, but it CLEARLY states that items were missing upon receipt.
POSHMARK HAS REFUSED TO ISSUE A REFUND.
I’ve done everything they’ve asked MULTIPLE times and sent these photos MULTIPLE TIMES!!

@asha_hope that’s bullshit I got fake makeup today which is so obviously fake.. I sent pictures of proof. The item listed looks nothing like what I got. I am so angry. If they do not issue a refund this very well may be my first and last purchase on this site.

@jen987 I bought a pair of boots that were supposed to be brand new/unworn. I get them and they were all scuffed up and u could see someone cleaned the bottom. I also never received another pair I purchased and had to cancel the order...I think poshmark needs to monitor the sales better

Sorry this happened to you ... I’ve had close to 2,000 sales and have only had one issue with a package, which was taken care of right away. This doesn’t make any sense. Hopefully it’s been resolved. Just an observation ... this may not have been any fault of the seller. I wouldn’t be too happy if my full name and address were posted here. Maybe you can blur that ..?

This has occurred twice to me...that the package was delivered (obviously not to me at the correct address). Once with a beautiful pair of boots and another time with a pocketbook I purchased. Sellers have a responsibility to track and find out where the package was delivered when the actual recipient doesn't receive. Poshmark just credits both parties & calls it a day....😕

@iamplink Poshmark never refunded me for this. The package was delivered to me but the jewelry was missing and it was open, with a sticker from USPS saying the packed was received at USPS that way.

There should be no “gamble”. If an item clearly is not what was stated it is than a refund upon return of the item should be given. On another note*. There are two charms that u have listed as pandora that are not pandora. (The I love You dangle and the heart charm that says family. ). They look to be silver charms but perhaps another brand like Chamilia or Kay’s? Just wanted to give u a heads up on those n don’t want u to lose the listing bc posh takes them off for misbranded.

@lakahn15 just so you know all you need to do is contact your credit card company and file a dispute but there is a time limit on it which I think is probably 30 to 60 days. I know from experience because I was able to get a refund from my credit card company after Poshmark refused to do anything about it

@jen987 exactly someone will like it somewhere or won't care about the little hole or Nick somewhere as long as it said a reasonable price etc etc.
you post your items at a certain price if they're not selling then you lower the price. if I never saw the post and I guess you got to go to offer up LOL

luckily this has never happened to me.
I've been Posh shopping 8yrs. I Love Posh.
If they know for sure it's a imposter Posher..they should suspend them..or at least refund you, try to assist you, gift you or something.. a store credit.. I don't know.
I'll give you a store credit discount of 50% from my closet if you'd like. I have 100+ pieces I still need pictures & post w/limited time.

but I'm sorry you probably shouldn't show the seller's address. I know I wouldn't want mines to be shown. maybe she is is full of anxiety and simply truly forgot to seal the package good. maybe her young daughter took them for her and forgot. benefit of the doubt until asked.
but yes I meant what I said about 50% off any item that I have posted will post as soon as I can.
