jerseyglam @jmcatt Hi there! I'm a size 6-8 and a medium fits but snug kind of like the photo maybe a tad tighter. I hope this helps! The length is approx. 27 1/2".

sbrown1683 Does this have en elastic waist, or zip up? Is there a lining? Also, if I am a size small (2/4) in Womens, what size would you recommend? Thanks!!

jerseyglam @sbrown1683 Hi! I would recommend a size medium - these run a little small. There's not a separate lining but the inside of the skirt is not the same faux leather material as the outside. The just pull as as the skirt stretches a little.
