phpas Hi Yvetta, maybe you could help me with this one! Would you happen by chance, to have any Plus Size 2x-3x-4x, Queen, or XL, Full-Footed "USED", Pantyhose or Tights (conditions like runs, pillings, tiny holes, stains, etc are not really an issue but no fishnet types tho), that you may want to sell? phpas @yhull Actually I guess the ph was only considered a last resort but mainly the used tights is what I was really after which is for exercising. Didn't really want to pay for new ones as they are a kinda pricey and the exercise usage than I planned for them just doesn't seem justifiable for new ones especially since I won't really be committed because of my busy schedule.

Are you familiar with the NOT FOR SALE (NFS), display that sellers put up when they agree to hold an item for a potential purchaser? If so is this NFS display part of the Poshmark app or is it's use prohibited from being used by Poshmark sellers??

vettnerscloset @phpas Good Morning! The “not for sale” is part of the Poshmark app. It is used to create those signs in people’s closets. It is also used when someone sells an item on another website. It is definitely approved by Poshmark. I hope this helps.

I got into a confrontation with him/her and they even blocked me!! Ok! Went through their closet and came across a set of 4 pairs of Fuscia colored tights 4XL. phpas @yhull I then asked them if they can put the NFS display until the purchase dat. They told me there is no such thing and that doing this is against Poshmark rules and regulations at that the NFS doing is prohibited and frowned upon by Poshmark, quote!!! I told them no it isn't and that everybody uses it on PM even myself! Told them all of the PM sellers use it to reserve items on hold for a latter purchase! CONTINUED BELOW..........

I'm just so glad that you clarified NFS for me because when they started to tell me it's prohibited and frowned upon by PM, I was like, PM are the creators of the NFS installed in the PM app! This is where they started to loose their cool!! Similarly they said when sellers/buyers use NFS, it's basically hiding behind closed doors to proceed with an illegal transaction which is strictly prohibited!! phpas @yhull Even I myself have never heard this or from others! They is only new to me from worldcollection. If NFS is considered prohibited, against PM rules and regs, or illegal to use, why is it available to the entire PM sellers?!?! PM would've taken the NFS display off a long time ago if it was prohibited! Worldcollection Arrogance INC arethe only ones who make up the policies and procedures of PM I guess?

phpas @yhull I myself Yvette have used the NFS display countless times and if this type of transaction is considered illegal, I would've been banned a long time ago. Even read my PM stats and it only lists positive results from my purchases! The arrogance of Worldcollection is not new to me! I've dealt with losers like this before! vettnerscloset @phpas I use NFS all the time. I currently have some in my closet right now. People don’t always have cash on hand o purchase right away. I have regular customers that use it frequently the downside to the seller is when the customer tells you they no longer want the item then you feel a little taken advantage of.

phpas @yhull Exactly, I hear you Yvette! I've actually followed some potentials in which they told the seller to hold an item for them. Afterwards, the potential buyer disappears from the face of the earth, nowhere to be found! Even as I use the NFS, I would agree that the buyer should be required to place a percentage of the items total price on their credit card and if they back out, the potential buyer looses that percentage! It's only fair for the seller.

phpas @yhull Sorry Yvette for the delayed response, just seeing this. Felt sorry for one seller in which a customer asked her to reserve some items with a purchase date. They made an excuse, extended the date and never got back to her. When she listed more new items, I was tagged but she also tagged the customer that left her hanging. And he's doing the same thing again! I'm currently following it to see where it goes! They had her reserve a large bundle!

I picked out a random listing in her closet to warn her about this person! I even told her to search his username and she will find that he has a track record of having items held for a period of time and just not purchasing them! What in idiot! I mean, exactly what do they hope to accomplish by doing this?!?! They still don't get any of the items?!😨

Worldcollection not only removed their block on me..........they are now trying to resell the 4 pair fuscia colored tights to me again with the inclusion of a 5th free pair! Their excuse was that they were in a CPR class and could not contact me????? There is absolutely no logic to this excuse!! And no apology at all offered whatsoever! CONTINUED BELOW..........

I'm also certain their arrogant sales attitude is still very much alive in them. It shows because they have no apology to offer!! More than likely they found out now that the NFS display feature truly exists in the PM app!! But they're too proud to admit fault, to acknowledge, and apologize!

phpas @yhull I'm seriously thinking of making the purchase, and after I received the items, I'm going to give them a rating of failure on the comments section. But when I make the purchase, I have to be careful what I say because they could make it hard on me like.....they'll purposely forget to put the 5th free pair tights offer in the pkg just to make it hard on me! And they may even take forever to send them to me!
