Glitter Tulle Dress From Japan

This dress has never been worn, brought back from Japan, tag attached * Top: light green colored satin material, with hidden side zipper. * White waist band: sewn on in the front of the dress with rhinestones attached * Top back: elastic has gotten lose over the years. See last 2 photos for measurements * Skirt: Two layers of soft white tulle in the skirt, the inner layer of tulle has glitter all over! Gives sparkle! Skirt part is ~21” long * Japan one size: please see measurements carefully
