123sammie @ellenajstyle Hi. Laying flat measured across, the skirt waist is 16” and the hip is 21.5 at the widest part. The top’s bust measures 19” across and 26” across at the waist. The length of the top from shoulder to hem is 16.5”. Let me know if I can further assist.
