noturavrgcrzma3 I'm with the above 2 people, I have paid for not 1 but 2 separate orders and have yet to see either. You had even made a special listing for tragus piercings and had to correct it for me. I then purchased them and a makeup set but have seen neither. I'd really rather have the items vs the money back but I'm not sure I trust your business ethics by this point.

terri_hott @eberhacm she must go on vacation or something in early March. I ordered an item on March 5th and it’s still in order placed status and she’s been active as recently as March 11th. Won’t respond to anything I message her about inquiries. Ugh! I escalated to support and they even sent her 2 reminders!
