I bought these online and they did not fit, they are NWOT. They have never been worn other than to try them on, but since they were ordered online they did not have an actual tag on them. Tagged as a medium but fit more like an XS, I would say these would best fit a size 0-2. Super cute, I'm so sad they didn't fit!! All offers considered, pet/smoke free home.
