NWT!! A great pair of black leggings that have ties to wrap around the bottom which is sheer! SO CUTE! Pics show tag with instructions on a few ways to wear them!) ❤tag says Large but will also fit a medium for sure. Stretchy Lycra material and figure flattering waistline make these a one of a kind! These are really fun! I'm listing as medium, and they'll also fit a large. They're too big on top for me... I'd need a small.
