I'm a 36D just wanted to make sure the medium will fit......does this have to worn off the shoulder or could it be worn multiple ways?.

@ravenstorm12 I would go with a large to accommodate the larder cup size 😊.
It can be worn on the shoulders or off.
Fabric has lots of stretch.
If you want it more fitted you can stick with the medium.
