hausbklyn @vanessa0996 Hello! The blouse has a sheath layer under the lace. The lace is cut slightly looser around the body than the sheath. The measurements below are for the sheath since it is the part closest to the body. Measurements are the same for bust, underarm and waist: 21” across. Shoulders/neckline are elastic. Unstretched it sits at 15” across but stretches to 26.5” to fit across the shoulders. Neckline to bottom hem is 19”. Hope this helps! Happy to provide any other details! ☺️

hausbklyn @vanessa0996 The black sash is attached with threads but removable. It simply ties across the waist to conch the blouse. You could also wear it without the sash for a different look.
