This is a beautiful navy dress, with lace jacket over a sleeveless dress which has lined lacy top, defined taffeta waistband and pleated skirt. I am 5’6”, and as you can see, it was below the knee for me. The jacket and bodice have a nice amount of sparkle, but not garish like sequins. Only wore it once, in my son’s wedding this year. 😊
