@cyndi78 you can turn your notifications off through the app so they will not notify you when a party starts 💕 if you click your name at the bottom of the app and scroll down to notifications you can control them there

@fearlessfern I’ve done that but the still show as little badges on the app, making me think somebody has responded to a message or offer. They flood my notifications & pop up while I’m in the app.

I’m not sure how else to reach any of the hosts in the Best in Jeans party but I have a pair of women’s BKe jeans and it isn’t letting me share them to the party? I looked at the party description and it says all women’s and men’s jeans so I’m not sure why I can’t add mine.

@krystleyvonne - you can block & they can unblock din e this is Poshmark’Editor they follow everyone to watch what we do there if more then one. So even if you block it will not stop you from receiving notifications. If you want to stop receiving party notification read above on how to turn off just know if u turn off the other notification you won’t get any about followers, buyers or comments.

The other day a woman posted on one of my listings that my item was a fake. That isn’t true, I bought the item personally from the store. It seems unfair that anyone would do that. I posted additional pictures to show the logo she said was missing was in fact there but she still continued to accuse me of selling a fake, that I am dishonest. Does this sort of behavior fall within the guidelines of Poshmark?

@golfstylist I had the sAme issue after purchased. Only he took a 90$ Sweatshirt & ruined it, then decided to return it under that category of which I have all the proof possible. Upon allowing him I found out why, he damage it, didn’t want it. So After showing proof, & I just invested (A-Lot) to go up, Posh said here’s 10$ which I never saw anyway & This is ok? Guidelines? Who allows this?

@jakesheart Nobody care in Poshmark! I got scammed by a thief buyer, they refunded my money even I reported that cheater to them here and in my emails. They did not care and just let her return my item. They never care! They do not answer sellers’ emails!

@bestusaconcept it’s very sad bc it’s a sellers market. We have little to no say. At least at their 2 huge competitor sites they answer the phone, troubleshoot ... I mean I’ve literally jut spent money, I had saved that wouldn’t fit another site and I get 10$, that I have not got, but still. I proved my case easy. I hear you darling I do!

It was real, of course! I never expected them to allow it back, esp someone else who has a fake account, yes I looked him up. Very well & couldn’t believe what I saw! I expected either a full refund at least or he had to keep the shirt. Who do we turn to when this happens? I’m so so nice but steal 90$ & that’s not nice of them

Their customer service is brilliant! @pm_editor in an email (after a very long time) and on social media told me that your missing item should have been stolen by USPS guy, “please file a claim with USPS!” So there is nothing wrong with that thief buyer! They awarded her for stealing it by refund! Can you believe that how far they have gone about kicking their responsibility to someone?

In that case too, my buyer would not accept until I bombarded her wall very nicely but still, & miraculously that day (when I got a delivery notice prior days b4) she accepted then it didn’t fit. Wow, yes I gather be careful & that’s no way to reward. You & I not know the driver did not steal it. ! Come on now, w were not born yesterday. I have friends & family big into this, awards all the time, they told me a few things.
