@ngraf1 hi, thats how its made, as shown in detail in all pics, the scuffed look is on the front anf back of the pair to give it kind of a distressed look and to show a slightly dark brown undertone at the distressed areas. Yes, it is brand new with tag still attached. I will take a pic of the full bottom, its never been won😊
