alexiplexi @dhwpw1 Thanks for the reply. It would need to be standard size vintage (2 1/4 x 1). Preferably stamped both sides and says Leatherware, but I'd be interested in any tomato red vintage one you have.

dhwpw1 @alexiplexi OMGoodness I went to the doc’s and totally forgot to post a pic! I’ll put all 6’i found and will look in one more place. None of these have the leather ware under the Coach. Do you know what year yours is from or what’s the style? Thank you Pam

dhwpw1 @alexiplexi The one pic where there is only 1 hangtag is what I would consider cherry red. How old is your bag and what style? I have about 75 Coach bags mostly vintage I can look on my red purses. Thanks Pam

alexiplexi @dhwpw1 The style of my bag is called basic bag, it is from the early 80's. Its the brightest red that I've seen from Coach. Almost a red-orange but not quite. The red from the 90's is a little darker and the red from the 2000's is clearly darker. I need the red from the 80's that is like a tomato red.

dhwpw1 @alexiplexi All my bags are from the late 60’s to 92 I think. I only collect NYC, USA. I do have a swinger bag that is a red/orange unusual and rarely seen I’ll post that to see if closer. Also you can call Coach have the serial # they will tell you if that color hangtag could possibly be available. A lot of the order ones cannot be. I’ll post the pic so let me know. Thank you!

I am confused on your price. The listing shows $10 but the description says $15 and $20. Are you open to negotiation on price if a tag looks like it matches?

dhwpw1 @alexiplexi Duh me I didn’t even notice that. I had lowered the price on these. I’m negotiable on the larger ones and if you have a “glued in” reg. That is more the late 70’s. That leather last forever! It’s a good one. I would call Coach I’ll tell you a secret: You can get 2 replacement hangtag a year. It may have changed since last year but I doubt it I’ve got my replacements but they may not have yours but they will offer you a brass or silver whatever your hardware color is. Just an FYI

alexiplexi @dhwpw1 OK that last one you posted with Leatherware do you feel like that one is a red/orange now that you have looked at it in person? I know it is hard to determine by looking at pics with screen differences and such.

dhwpw1 @alexiplexi That one is but I’m not selling that one I want to keep it on the bag. I’m sorry if I possibly confused the situation. I just wanted you to see the difference. The red apple color I showed you on the other is not what your looking for if it’s closer to the last I showed you. I would like you to try Coach b/c then if they do have the leather color you may get it free. It’s hard to tell on colors. ☹️😊
