mimiscottage @sunnydinsd Hello! I added a photo with the measurement you requested. The back is the same so 38" would be the full amount. This fabric is stretchy so it would definitely fit at least another inch. Just depends on the fit you like. In order not to open the "new in package" top I used my medium for the photo.
