NWT Royal Blue Lace Dress

Never worn, brand new with tags. Fitted lace dress. Length hits above the knee. Cap sleeves. Keyhole back with button. Size 7/8--I am a regular size 2 and this dress fits me perfectly, however it is stretchy and can most likely fit a larger size too. Super flattering and would be perfect for a New Year's Eve party!
