Sequin all over the dress, starting from very concentrated amount of sequin on top and gradually spread out on the bottom for an ombré effect of sequins. Satin scrunched waist band — very slimming! Sweetheart neckline Dress is made of Two layers of tulle on top of the first lining, underneath the first lining, there is a thick layer of crinoline skirt and a second layer of lining. There is a waist band inside to secure the dress. 4 hook & eye with one missing eye (see where finger is pointing in the last photo.)
