@calimomof2 These do fit loosely and off the shoulder. I’d order the normal size.. just knowing they are loose fitting. I’m normally a Size Small and love the way the S fits. 😊 Hope this helps.

@sarahjbiernacki yes it can be worn on and off the shoulder. Length Measurement for the small.. laying flat... top of shoulder to bottom hem measures about 23”. Im a size Small and can wear it either way... it’s meant to be a loose fit. 😊
