@jmo62 Hi ☺️ You can do either sizes since there an inch difference in sizing and not a “tight” fit. They have a very soft soft stretch. Depends if you’d like it a tad more fitted or a little looser. I’m a 34D in the small so I want to say you’d be good with a medium for the same fit as it is on me
