casandramerhi The large laying flat, underarm to underarm is 17.5 and the waist is 12inches. // the medium underarm to underarm is 16.5 abd waist is the same. But the waist does stretch so medium might be best for you so its not loose and you can tie tge belt :)

casandramerhi @avma measurements while flat= underarm to underarm is 15.5inches. Waist = 1 foot and it is elastic so it can stretch or just fits your natural waist.
