smilephattie @tidamien It is new. The plastic’s over the face still & the reflection of the flash made it look scratched. For the band, I think it’s jus a few dust particles. If you’d like better pics, I can put them up this evening. Thanks for the heads up on that!

smilephattie @tidamien I just uploaded some new pics that show the bands better & cleaner. Since the Watch is wood, the ripples of the grain still show & if you still see flaws that I believe is what’s showing. I hope this helps!
